Request account and data deletion

To delete your Where U At account and related data, use one of the methods below.

Method 1. Delete it in the app

1. Open the WUA app and go to the My tab
2. Settings → Delete account
3. Confirm, following the steps

Method 2. Ask through the website

1. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page
2. Choose “App inquiry” as the type and write your request
3. We confirm it after it arrives
*We may add an identity check so an account is not deleted without permission.

Method 3. Email us directly

From the email you signed up with, send “account deletion request” to admin@thenonscale.com.
We handle it within 7 business days.
**Send it from the email on the account, so it is not deleted without permission.

Data that is deleted: Account information (email, profile, nickname)
Koong, relay, and link posts you wrote
Location and map activity, photos and video
Chat messages, likes, and follow relationships
Data that is kept, and for how long: Information we must keep by law (including e-commerce law): the required period
Records of abuse and reports: fully deleted after 14 days at most
Everything else: permanently deleted immediately, or within 30 days
